The UUCEF is pleased to announce it will be releasing the new client online access portal on June 2nd.
We’ve been listening to your thoughts and ideas regarding the limits and frustrations you’ve experienced with our online access tools. We are now ready to reveal a new portal with enhanced features. Included in the new portal is:
- The ability to have individual users ID’s and passwords, no more sharing a single set of credentials.
- The ability to reset your own password instead of calling us for assistance.
- You can now run date range reports for any type transaction.
- Added back to statements will be the realized/unrealized gains/losses as well as the fees associated with your account, You’ll no longer have to calculate these line items yourself.
These are just a few of the top line improvements, there are many more. So, on or after June 2nd, please put on your best investigator hat and poke around, we think you’ll be surprised. And, as always, please let us know if you have any questions or comments as you investigate the new portal, after all, it was you who got us here.
When logging in the first time, enter your personal email address and hit reset password. If your email is in our system, you will receive and email from CBAdmin providing you a link to reset your password (everyone has to do this the first time). Once you’ve set your password you can go back and log in! If you do not receive an email from CBAdmin, your email is not in the system, please contact Susan Helbert at shelbert@uua.org for assistance.
